Melina's house is a charming small complex in the village of Kato Stalos, only 7 km from Hania.

The house stands in a small but pretty garden of trees and plants on a side road that leads to the grand old village of Stalos and the sandy beach, 250 m away. Close to the beach and house there are taverns and shops. Super Markets are close too and a Mini Market is in a distance of 150 m from the house.

Melina's house consists of 8 apartments and  studios, which were built in 1997. Three apartments and one studio on the first floor and three studios on the ground floor. Furniture varies on each floor.
